Services Provided
- Text-to-Image (Text2Image) generation
- Image-to-Image transformation
- Photo restoration and enhancement
- Clothing replacement and virtual try-on
- Other AI-powered image generation and editing tools
User Accounts
- Users must register for an account to use the services.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
Payments and Credits
- Services are accessed using a credit-based system.
- Credits can be purchased and are consumed when generating or editing images.
- All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
- Credits are non-refundable once used.
- Refunds may be requested within 24h of purchase if the credits remain unused.
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are subject to review.
- Pixo.art reserves the right to deny refunds for suspected abuse or fraud.
Image Storage and Access
- Generated images are temporarily stored for user access and download.
- Images may be automatically deleted after a certain period.
- Pixo.art is not liable for any loss of data due to deletion or user inaction.
Content Restrictions
- Users are prohibited from generating or uploading content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
- Pixo.art reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these restrictions.
- Accounts violating these policies may be terminated without prior notice.
Ownership and Use of Generated Images
- Users retain ownership of the images they generate using the service.
- By using the service, users grant Pixo.art a non-exclusive license to display selected works as examples on the platform and marketing materials, provided user consent is obtained.
Use of Third-party Services
- Pixo.art utilizes services provided by Replicate and OpenRouter for AI model execution and related functionality.
- Users agree to also be bound by the terms and privacy policies of these providers as applicable.
Limitation of Liability
- Pixo.art provides the service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages resulting from service use, data loss, or unauthorized access.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
